Wander is a real gem! This is a truly thoughtful and inclusive group practice. Their team is deeply committed to supporting queer, trans, and neurodivergent clients with care that’s both trauma-informed and identity-affirming. It’s clear they prioritize creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their healing! I enthusiastically recommend them!

There are so many wonderful, caring and professional therapists in San Diego—Miranda Millican is not one of them. Save yourself your time, your money, and most importantly your mental health and find someone else. Relational therapy views the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity to practice corrective and restorative relationships in a safe and supportive environment and this was not my experience with her. Rejection, loss, fears of abandonment; these are the issues people come to therapy to heal from, not to re-experience. If you expect integrity and ethical practices in therapy including open communication and a supportive approach to ending the therapeutic relationship you will not find that with Miranda Millican. Wander away…
