I’ve been with this practice for many years. The providers work with you and actually listen to you which is HUGE. It’s what keeps me coming back and the reason for 3 stars. It feels good to be apart of your own care and decisions regarding what you’re putting in your body. However, the one concern I have is that they are often unreachable. When I lived close by it wasn’t that big of a deal as I could go in person but now living a couple hours away it’s been extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone. They hardly answer the phones and when they do it’s always “can I put you on hold”. I get they must be busy but they often don’t even return my calls. And when I can’t schedule my appointments because I can’t reach anyone in the office it becomes a huge liability and issue. It takes on average 6 voicemails and 20 calls over multiple days to reach them. It has become a huge hassle in my life and honestly not living close anymore I might have to find a new provider. Last time I spoke to Alaina about this issue. She kindly gave me her email and even on her vacation she has been more helpful in scheduling my appointment than the actual staff working. Bless you Alaina.

I have never had such a positive experience with any office as I did with this one. They really listened to me and my concerns. They helped me switch to a new medication and they were so helpful and patient!!! It ended up taking forever because of the insurance company but they were in contact with me and the insurance company pretty much everyday for 2-3 weeks and got it done for me. From the front desk to the doctors every single person has been incredible. I truly cant recommend them enough especially for any mental health/substance abuse needs.

I feel like I am connecting better with Olga. She is just starting to understand me though just a little it. I will give her more time and see if we can make a real connection. I really want to, but I feel like my experience needs to be understood and not just grouped in with similar patients. I am not a usual or easy story.

The front office is truly the best team I’ve ever experienced in a medical facility! When I call the office, I immediately speak to someone who is personable and address any questions or concerns in a positive timely fashion! Dr. Zahra is extraordinary at her position. You can see how much she loves her work and enjoys helping others! Well done 👏

While the reviews for this practice aren’t all positive, my personal experience has been excellent. The front desk staff are professional, responsive, and efficient. I’ve primarily interacted with Elaina, who has been consistently helpful and pleasant. My therapist, Ara Tucker, is not only warm and approachable, but also highly skilled and insightful. She quickly established a strong rapport and creates a safe, supportive space for open conversation. Her ability to listen carefully and offer thoughtful guidance has made a real difference in my experience. Make an appointment with Ara and thank me later. 😁💯
