Horrible management and horrible scheduling practices. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You get in trouble simply for communicating a schedule change or cancellation to a parent, which I find extremely unprofessional. HR, specifically Reyna, is very rude and self-centered, and the director is also very disrespectful. I tried bringing up several concerns, but it always felt like their sense of “power” in management overshadowed everything, and they would walk over anyone in a lower position. It reached a point where the stress was affecting me, and I no longer felt comfortable working with them at all. And this is not the first time I’ve heard negative feedback about them. There are times when they don’t even notify parents about cancellations or schedule changes. They move schedules around for their own convenience, but if an employee ever cancels, they make it a huge issue and even threaten termination.

My son was referred to this ABA company for an assessment at their Glendale office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Katyana, the case coordinator, reached out to me promptly and provided clear, detailed information that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am satisfied with the services we received and highly recommend this company to any family seeking quality ABA support.

My 15 year old daughter and I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the Eagle Rock location. Uncomfortable environment for someone with sensory issues, unprofessional office staff (loud and no privacy awareness), assessment felt stressful and rushed. We were NEVER contacted once the assessment was done, but had to call MANY times to get a response and then the office staff emailed us a copy of the report. We were never offered followup services or discussion of the results, even though promised a follow-up phone call WHEN I REQUESTED IT. They never, ever followed up. About 10 phone called were made to ask for the report and the follow-up.

One of the best company’s there is. Team is very welcome always looking for new ways and ideas to help and bring inclusion. Really well with communication not only with staff but as well with families. If looking for any services stringy recommend.

Something i wrote this company and received no response: This company should really consider the well being of the children when transitioning therapists. I understand "billing" and the urgency for profit but my son should've been awarded a healthy transition of therapists. Instead, I was informed that the therapist wasn't coming back the today when I told him she was coming today. There was with no "last session." How do you think my son feels? The same way he felt the last couple times....confused and sad. But because he is who he is he is also optimistic. I never tell my som anything I don't follow through with which is the same principal you guys teach with ABA.
