Brain Balance of Greater Baltimore

My son had been in multiple therapy programs for several years prior to joining brain balance. He was making progress with some skills but I felt that he needed a more holistic program that took into account everything that was going on with him. He had several developmental delays, behavioral issues, a learning disability, and an eye disorder (strabismus) and I felt that it was all very much intertwined. Brain balance was the first program I found that was really built to address all of the issues comprehensively instead of individually. The sessions follow a dedicated methodology so you can really see the improvement in skills and gain an understanding of what areas need the most focus. The therapists are also absolutely incredible. They try to make the sessions fun but at the same time set boundaries and celebrate small wins which has really helped my child to build resilience. They aren’t afraid to start early, or run late, if my child needs it and are extremely accommodating to our schedule. We’ve experienced some therapy programs where we felt like we were just a paycheck to them and this feels completely different. The owners and all of the therapists really go above and beyond in every way and our son is making so much progress because of it. Highly recommend! It’s very worth the financial investment.

We enrolled my grandson at Brain Balance. He is on the Autism Spectrum and had many sensory issues that impacted his daily activities. He improved so much after just three months at Brain Balance. He now experiences with ease various sensory stimuli that he was unable to tolerate in the past. Also, his posture and language skills have improved. We wish we had know about this program earlier. We are so grateful for Brain Balance!

Amazing Space for children, adolescents, and adults with neurodivergence and primitive reflex delays. The facility uses amazing standards to test, create treatment plans, execute plans, challenge their clients, engage the families in treatment and track progress. Along with motivational rewards to promote engagement and progress. The diverse experience of the staff and wholistic approach is very impressive! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Beth Snow and Brain Balance of Baltimore are remarkable! As a therapist who specializes in working with teens and adults who struggle with ADHD, I am always searching for additional resources for my clients. Brain Balance offers a multi-modal approach for neurodivergent clients that I have not seen anywhere else. It targets the whole person, has a family component and is medication free. In addition, the space is beautiful, sunny, clean and bright. I very highly recommend this program!

So happy we took a chance on Brain Balance. The team treated my neurodivergent child as an individual. They consistently exhibited optimism and verbal support/updates to the changes that the program supported in my child. The team provided individualized care, understanding and patience not only for my son but also our family as a whole. Since starting the program he walks taller, has increased eye contact when being addressed and increased incidence of trying new things (foods), as well as more comfortable with changes in schedules and plans. We are thankful to Brain Balance and look forward to the continued growth as our child enters young adulthood.

Brain Balance in Columbia is by far one of the best programs that I could’ve done for my son. My son is on the spectrum and really struggled with social interaction and communication,comprehension etc. Since coming here to Brain Balance, My son has 0 meltdowns and has been more attentive and more vocal.
