I have been working with Early Years since June 2024 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and this career path has truly been a life-changing experience. Zoe, the BCBA, has been incredibly supportive and has encouraged me to pursue my own BCBA certification. I cannot thank her enough for her guidance. I’m excited to share that by February 2025, I will be completing my coursework to become a BCBA myself. What I find most rewarding is witnessing the remarkable progress of the children we serve. Watching children on the spectrum go from being nonverbal and dependent to becoming vocal, confident, and increasingly self-sufficient has been nothing short of inspiring. Early Years has not only shaped my professional journey but has also strengthened my passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

My son benefitted tremendously from getting ABA therapy from Early Years while attending daycare at Fun Square. I had some concerns about how he would do in general ed kindergarten this year, but he is doing great and is so prepared! I am thrilled by the progress he has made, and keeps making as he continues ABA.
