When we first started this journey, we really didn’t know where to begin or how to help our son. Finding Early Years ABA Therapy has made such a positive difference for our family. From the start, the team has been supportive, understanding, and easy to work with. Our son has made steady progress, he’s communicating more, learning new skills, and gaining confidence every day. The staff truly care about his growth and make sure we’re part of the process, too. A big thank-you to Ms. Ahmadzadeh, our BCBA, for her expertise, and guidance throughout this journey. We’re very grateful for everything Early Years has done for our son and our family.

I have been working with Early Years since June 2024 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and this career path has truly been a life-changing experience. Zoe, the BCBA, has been incredibly supportive and has encouraged me to pursue my own BCBA certification. I cannot thank her enough for her guidance. I’m excited to share that by February 2025, I will be completing my coursework to become a BCBA myself. What I find most rewarding is witnessing the remarkable progress of the children we serve. Watching children on the spectrum go from being nonverbal and dependent to becoming vocal, confident, and increasingly self-sufficient has been nothing short of inspiring. Early Years has not only shaped my professional journey but has also strengthened my passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

My son benefitted tremendously from getting ABA therapy from Early Years while attending daycare at Fun Square. I had some concerns about how he would do in general ed kindergarten this year, but he is doing great and is so prepared! I am thrilled by the progress he has made, and keeps making as he continues ABA.

I'm thrilled to be a part of this Applied Behavior Analysis therapy company, especially since I had no prior experience in this field. The management here has been incredibly supportive, offering valuable mentorship and ongoing training. Their guidance has not only helped me grow professionally but has also allowed me to positively impact the lives of autistic children. It's a rewarding and supportive workplace that I'm proud to be a part of.I'm thrilled to be a part of Early Years Applied Behavior Analysis therapy company, especially since I had no prior experience in this field. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Early Years ABA, and I'm writing this review to warn other families about the potential pitfalls they may face. From the start, I was excited to work with Early Years ABA and provide my son with the ABA therapy he needed. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver on its promises. The Behavior Technician (BT) assigned to our case was utterly inexperienced and seemed more interested in repeating "stop" and "no" than actually providing quality therapy. When I expressed my concerns to the company, they promised to find a more experienced BT, but this proved to be a hollow promise. The original BT continued to show up late or not at all, and when we finally received an email stating that they no longer wanted to work with us, it was too little, too late. The cherry on top was the company's lack of transparency and accountability. They refused to provide a timeline for hiring a new BT, citing other patients on a waiting list. This lack of urgency is unacceptable, especially when we were willing to adjust our son's entire summer schedule to accommodate their demands. To add insult to injury, the company's original request for 40 hours of therapy per week seemed suspiciously aimed at maximizing Medicaid reimbursement. It's clear that their priorities are misplaced, and families seeking serious ABA therapy would be wise to look elsewhere. In conclusion, my experience with Early Years ABA has been nothing short of disastrous. Unless you enjoy dealing with unqualified staff, broken promises, and a lack of accountability, I would not recommend this company to any family looking for reliable ABA therapy providers.
