I have been seeing Mrs. Karen for almost 2 years and I have done nothing but improved in my mental health. It is nothing like coming into an atmosphere of calm and friendly faces. Mr. Cliff is always helpful and understanding with scheduling. Ms. Linda also has a warm and inviting spirit when she is there. I would recommend Hope Again Counseling to anyone. The ENTIRE staff is amazing!

I’ve been receiving therapy from Ms. Karen for the past few years, and to say it has been an incredible, life-changing experience would be an understatement. Ms. Karen excels at creating a personal connection, making you feel safe and comfortable throughout your journey. She’s not only one of my biggest cheerleaders but also holds me accountable, pushing me to stay focused on achieving my goals. Ms. Karen is educated, compassionate, personable, professional, and an overall fantastic therapist. Her unique coaching approach has empowered me to grow as a person by helping me identify solutions and navigate challenges effectively. Additionally, my interactions with Cliff, the office manager, have been equally positive. Early on, I struggled with missing appointments, but Cliff handled the situation with transparency and care. He explained the importance of consistency in my appointments, both for my well-being and to allow other patients to access care. His approach was understanding yet firm, which motivated me to prioritize my sessions. Beyond his professional duties, Cliff has shown genuine care for me as a person. For example, he once called to check on me after hearing about severe weather in my area, a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to me. In closing, I am deeply grateful for Ms. Karen and her amazing team. Their dedication and support have made a meaningful difference in my life and in the community they serve.

Initially I was very hopeful as I submitted all the required documents and I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about Ms. Karen. Unfortunately “Cliff” is smug and unprofessional, I’m certainly concerned that he has access to my personal data. With the state of mental health you would think clinical staff would be professional. Not so much at this location.

My experience with Hope Again Counseling has been amazing. I've been a client of Hope Again since 2019. I had a lot to work on when I first came to see Ms. Karen and she has challenged me to face everything had on. It has not been easy, but I've grown in ways that I didn't know I could. I now have boundaries, believe me when I tell you, I didn't have them before. Instead of running I am able to stand a little taller and communicate. Instead of fighting I'm able to voice with clarity and understanding where I stand. To make a long story short. When you come to Hope Again Counseling be ready to be held accountable for your actions, be prepared to grow and understand that there will be a plan in place to get you to where you need to be. I called to get information regarding my application and the young man that I spoke to was very rude and sarcastic. The young lady that I spoke to, who helped me register was very sweet and nice but the young man was NOT. Based on my interaction with him, I would not recommend this place. He was the first point of contact and he is talking down to potential patients who are seeking healing and self development and they should not have to encounter that. Please find another counseling service to receive treatment/healing. I should also mentioned that my sister encountered the same thing with this young man who turns out to be the "manager." I asked to speak with his manager and he essentially declined.
