When I reached out to Lindsey for help I was so depressed that I could not feel joy or sadness. I could not feel much of anything except anxiety. Lindsey has helped me to change my life. She has given me the tools to feel more in control and to manage my anxiety in a healthy way. I was instantly comfortable talking with Lindsey and knew I was in a nonjudgmental space. Finding Solutions has been an invaluable resource for me and my family.

The Counseling Center of Maryland is run so smoothly - it’s clear how much thought goes into making everything organized and stress-free for clients. Scheduling is straightforward, communication is prompt, and I always feel like I know what to expect. A special shout out to Daniel, who is honestly one of the best therapists in the world. He is extremely well-rounded and holistic in his approach and has that rare mix of being deeply empathetic while also being genuine, human, and practical - he is an extremely careful listener and his intelligence and inductive and deductive reasoning skills make him ask the right questions and connect dots I didn’t even realize were there. We walk out of sessions with him feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded. If you’re looking for a place that’s both well-run and truly impactful, I can’t recommend this center (and Daniel in particular) enough
