The DBT program within The Resource Group was life changing for me. I learned and practiced skills surrounding emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective interpersonal communication. If you or a loved one struggle with trauma responses or ineffective emotional regulation skills I would highly recommend this program. I felt supported throughout the entire program, and I made a large progression from the first week. Kat & Ian, my personal group leaders, are extremely supportive and passionate about helping others live their best lives.

I believe the class to be informative and the instruction is geared to help those in challenging situations. Definitely great for people who are trying to work on true change while still working or in otherwise obligated situations.

Couples therapy with Eric has been a transformative experience, and the front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. Their portal is easy to navigate, and the sessions we've had over the course of several months have equipped my partner and I with the tools we needed.
