If I could give this place zero stars, I would! If you suffer from anxiety, depression, or any other mental illness I would strongly suggest seeking mental health help somewhere else! The providers are inexperienced and will cancel appointments the day prior. My husband was going through a crisis and he had three appointments canceled by two different providers. The billing is always erroneous if not fraudulent. I was a patient from 2021 through 2022. I stopped because they were so inconsistent and there was always an issue with the billing. More recently, my husband began going there, and they have conflated our account. They have been billing both mine and my husband‘s accounts erroneously. This started in the beginning of January. It is now the end of February and we still have no resolution. We have involved several supervisors as well as their Legal department. They still cannot get this right. They have outsourced the majority of their billing and customer service. This should be explained to patients when booking with thrive works because it continues to be an issue for them. I post this review as a warning. Do not use this company. Do not use the services. They are unethical. They do not care about mental health. And they should be shut down. They are causing more harm than good for people with mental illness and mental disabilities.

Janet is an exceptional couples counselor. Her friendly and calm demeanor helped put us at ease when we were brand new to counseling, and her ability to listen attentively and read between the lines made every session feel meaningful. She is knowledgeable and skilled at challenging us in ways that pushed us to grow, all while remaining relatable and grounded. Janet helped us navigate challenging conversations with honesty and respect, teaching us how to maintain a strong "couples bubble" that keeps our relationship at the center. We recommend her to anyone seeking to strengthen their connection.
